The over-arching concerns are as follows:
We are slowly going through site, to adjust our perspectives to align with all the work the Developer has done, to try and bring changes towards the ideal that we hope to one day have evolved as this plan of subdivision.
As such, some material is as it was, when we were seeing this in a more critical view, and some of it is now being re-aligned with our evolving view of it, taking more into consideration and taking a more accurate view of all the factors that are at play in the equations of what it takes to actually develop anything in Sudbury.. We understand…. It complicated.
But, there is in our deepest and most sincere intention to be fair, and of open minded view, where things are always changing and issues and concerns can be ameliorated, and made much better by having great discussions with one another, and coming into a view of the very best ways to see what can be done in a win-win-win situation for City, Developer, and Community.
